Helpful checks

Confirm that you are signed in, your subscription is active, notification access is approved for your account, and notifications are allowed under iOS Settings. Focus and Do Not Disturb settings can delay or silence alerts.

If information appears delayed, pull to refresh or reopen the app and confirm that your internet connection is active. Public-safety feeds can also be delayed, incomplete, changed, or temporarily unavailable.

When contacting support

Include your username, iPhone model, iOS version, the approximate time of the problem, and a description or screenshot. Do not email your password, Apple credentials, or payment card information.
