Privacy Policy
IONTB Incident Alerts and the IONTB 911 dashboard · Effective August 24, 2026
IONTB LLC provides live and historical public-safety information, maps, account tools, and configurable alerts. This policy explains the information processed when you use the app or dashboard.
Information we process
Account information may include a username, securely hashed password, email address, access level, and subscription expiration date. We also store settings you choose, such as filters, bookmarks, alert rules, notification priorities, and optional Pushover configuration.
If you enable Apple notifications, we store an Apple Push Notification service device token associated with your account. The token is used only to deliver notifications you request. Standard security and diagnostic records may include timestamps, network address, browser or device information, login activity, and notification-delivery results.
The incident, map, agency, property, weather, and related information displayed by the service is assembled from public records and public data feeds. The app does not request your device's precise location.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, provide authorized features, save preferences, deliver requested alerts, maintain reliability, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and protect the service. IONTB does not sell personal information and does not use third-party advertising trackers.
Service providers and external links
IONTB uses hosting, security, database, email, and notification providers to operate the service. Apple processes notification delivery through APNs. Pushover receives alert information only when a user separately configures and enables Pushover. The app may open external mapping, public-record, and source websites; those services have their own privacy policies.
Retention and protection
Account information and saved settings are retained while needed to provide the account. Device tokens are removed when disabled, invalidated, or deleted. Operational logs are retained only as reasonably needed for security, reliability, and troubleshooting. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may disable notifications in the app or in iOS Settings. You may request access, correction, or deletion of account information by contacting IONTB. Some records may be retained when reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
Children and changes
The service is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes and will post the revised effective date here.
